All our properties come fully equipped so you can arrive and settle straight in. You’ll find fresh bed linen, one bath towel per guest, a fully kitted-out kitchen, and reliable Wi-Fi as standard. Any extras — like a hot tub, outdoor space, or pet-friendly setup — are listed on each property page so you know exactly what to expect before you book.

We love a four-legged guest! A good number of our properties are pet-friendly, and you can filter by this when searching. We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can make sure everything’s ready for them too. Please note pet fees may apply.

We are a local team, not a call centre, so help is never far away. If something comes up during your stay — big or small — just get in touch and we’ll sort it out as quickly as we can. Our guests’ comfort is always our priority.

If you are booking an apartment, house or cabin with a kitchen then we will provide a welcome supply of the following; tea, sugar, coffee, long life milk, salt, pepper, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, bin bag, sponge, cloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets.

Early check-in and late check-out requests can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure. This is because availability depends on same-day changeovers and our housekeeping schedule.

Where possible, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request. If our cleaners are able to finish preparing the property earlier than expected, we’ll be happy to let you know as soon as it’s ready.

During busy periods and peak season, our teams are often working to tight schedules between departing and arriving guests, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

For hygiene and safety reasons, it is a legal requirement for our hot tubs to be fully drained, cleaned and refilled during each guest changeover.

Please be aware that some models of hot tub can take up to 24 hours to reach their optimal temperature after being refilled. This means that, depending on the changeover schedule and the type of hot tub at your property, it may not be fully heated when you arrive.

We appreciate your patience while the hot tub reaches temperature and recommend allowing sufficient time for it to heat before use.

All our properties are self check in, you will receive your check in instructions on the morning of arrival either via email or through the booking platforms inbox.

A damage deposit is required for all bookings to help protect the property and its contents during your stay. It provides cover in the unlikely event that any damage occurs or items are found to be missing after check-out.

We understand that accidents can happen, and the deposit is simply a precaution to help ensure our properties are looked after for every guest.

Following your departure, the property will be checked as part of our usual changeover process. Providing there is no damage or missing items, your damage deposit will be returned in line with our standard refund process.

Some of our properties have travel cots available for guests to use. If a travel cot is not provided at your chosen property, you may be able to hire one for the duration of your stay, subject to availability.
